Designed to redefine student living in Greece, Units is KORPO’s purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) platform. Its first development, Units Parkside in Kaisariani, is a 2,060 sq.m. property comprising 73 fully equipped student studios. Delivered in May 2026, the project brings together design, all-inclusive living, and community, with KORPO overseeing everything from development and branding to leasing and operations.

Created for a more flexible way of living, FITS Living is KORPO’s serviced residences platform for short- and medium-term stays. The first development, delivered in December 2024, is a six-storey, 920 sq.m. building at 8 Andrea Dimitriou Street in Kaisariani, Athens, comprising 33 fully equipped apartments. KORPO managed the project end-to-end, from development and branding to revenue management and daily operations.

Set within a historic building in the heart of Athens, Astikon Xenofontos Suites is KORPO’s boutique hospitality concept. Developed on a dedicated floor, the project features 12 accommodations—4 rooms and 8 suites—that blend preserved architectural character with contemporary design. KORPO led the redevelopment, branding, and operational setup, creating a refined urban hospitality experience.
